In summer, explore the many footpaths which run through Gérardmer and the surrounding area. From child- and pushchair-friendly fun walks to more demanding treks such as the Phény way, there’s something for everyone here. Amateurs of mountain biking will also be thrilled by the eight marked circuits in the Gérardmer domain and the eleven Xonrupt domain circuits, a few minutes away. On one of their cycling excursions, they might visit Haut Chitelet high altitude garden, with its 2,500 species of Alpine plants. To freshen up, stop off at Gérardmer nautical base where you can take a dip and enjoy a number of nautical activities: sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, rowing...

In winter, Gérardmer, invites you to make the most of the snow. In a majestic environment, lined with pine forests, the domain counts 21 ski slopes - including some of the most beautiful in the Vosges massif. You will also have access to the toboggan track, the snow park and the 9 km cross-country skiing and snow-shoe trekking circuit. After skiing, for a change of scenery, head to the pool, the ice-skating rink, the indoor climbing wall, or stop by the Vosges textile museum in Ventron. In the evening, after a good meal at our 3-star hotel, make the most of the many facilities at Gérardmer to continue having a good time: casino, bowling, cinemas, night clubs...
